Our teams are cooperating with Nordic systems and platforms, so we are continually searching candidates with those skills. Thanks to Focus, we can not only verify the skills, but also support the candidate during the process of application.<\/p>\n<p>As we have the ownership over the language tests, we are in control of the deadlines and the final check of results. We can double check with the candidate if the access to the tool works good and eliminate any mistakes right on time.<\/p>\n<p>The possibility to own the process was one of the most important factors.
