access to a device with: Internet access and Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox browser in the latest version; keyboard and mouse or other device enabling correct text input and selection of answers; speakers and a microphone or a headset with a microphone and the ability to play audio files and record sound; installed Skype or WhatsApp and having an active user account.
